How it works?

URemovals is an automated booking system, and quotes are calculated based on your prices (hourly charge, mileage charge, and any additional fees).

You don’t need to search for or bid on jobs on our platform. When a customer is looking for a man and van service in your area, your profile will appear if you are available on the date they require. If they like your profile, including reviews, reference photos, and are happy with your prices, they will book your services.

You will receive a notification about the new booking via email and SMS. You must accept the job on your dashboard. If you forget to do so without a valid reason, our system will automatically leave a negative review on your profile. If you accumulate more than three negative reviews, your account may be suspended.

This is why it’s important to set your availability in your calendar and accurately define your radius for how far you are willing to travel to pick-up or drop-off locations. It’s also crucial to create a strong profile with a compelling description and high-quality reference photos of your previous work.
